Find Care by Area of Pain

Two commitments that shape every treatment plan we write.

Pain rarely stays in one place — but treatment starts by finding its source. Choose the area where you feel pain most to see the conditions we treat there and the therapies that can help.

How we treat pain

Minimally Invasive Treatments, Personalized Plans

Rather than a one-size-fits-all solution, our physicians listen, diagnose accurately, and build a plan around your life and goals.

Image-Guided Injections

Live imaging lets your physician place medication exactly where the pain starts — a joint, a nerve root, an inflamed disc — instead of treating the whole area and hoping.

Nerve Blocks & Radiofrequency Ablation

When a specific nerve keeps firing pain signals, blocking or quieting it can bring relief that lasts months — often after injections alone have stopped helping.

Spinal Cord Stimulation

A small implanted device changes how pain signals reach the brain. An option worth discussing when nerve pain persists despite surgery, medication or injections.

Regenerative Medicine

For damaged tendons, joints and discs, these therapies support the tissue’s own repair process — addressing the cause of pain rather than masking it.

Behavioral Health for Chronic Pain

Chronic pain affects sleep, mood and focus — and they affect pain right back. Care that treats both sides of that loop gets better results than either alone.

What we treat

Conditions We Treat

Same physicians, same offices, same standard of care — a name that finally says what we do.

Spine & nerve pain. Low back pain and sciatica, herniated discs, spinal stenosis, neck and shoulder pain, headaches and TMJ, and peripheral neuropathy — including nerve pain that has not responded to medication or physical therapy alone.

Joint & whole-body pain. Arthritis of the knee, hip and shoulder, sports and overuse injuries, cancer-related pain, and pain following a car accident or workplace injury. Browse all conditions we treat.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to what new and returning patients ask us most.

How do I know which service page to choose?
Start with the area where you feel pain most. Each service page covers the conditions we commonly treat in that region and the therapies that help. If your pain affects more than one area — which is common — your physician will evaluate the whole picture at your first visit.
Your first visit is an evaluation, not a procedure. The physician examines you, goes through your history and any imaging you bring, and explains what is actually driving the pain — then you decide on next steps together. Nothing is done that day without your understanding and agreement.
No. Recent MRI, CT or X-ray reports are helpful if you have them, but they are not required. If imaging is needed, your physician will order the right study after your evaluation.
A steroid injection is one tool, not the whole toolbox. Depending on your condition, options include radiofrequency ablation, nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulation and regenerative medicine. Your physician builds a plan around what has and hasn’t worked for you.
Yes. We regularly treat pain following motor vehicle accidents and workplace injuries, and our team can help coordinate the documentation your case requires.
Most interventional procedures are covered when medically necessary, and some require prior authorization first. Our staff confirms your benefits and handles the authorization paperwork before anything is scheduled, so there are no surprises on cost.
