Supraorbital Nerve Block

Supraorbital neuritis can cause pain above the eye and can be debilitating. A supraorbital nerve block can be used to administer a mixture of numbing medication and steroids to help manage the pain. The block can be done in an office setting or in a surgical center. A person undergoing this procedure can expect to experience relief approximately 20-30 minutes after the treatment.
